Was Dhoni really anger at Raina?


Suresh Raina had announced retirement from International Cricket for just at 34 years of age. His retirement was followed by MS Dhoni on August 15th. Everyone has expected Dhoni’s retirement but not Suresh Raina’s. 

Many thought that Raina has enough careers to continue in cricket. He wants to continue in IPL from CSK along with Dhoni. An emotion was developed after their retirement around Chennai Super Kings that made people want to see both batsmen on ground. A dashing left-hand batsman suddenly announced that he will not play IPL because of personal reasons. But all-rounder Suresh Raina's stint with Chennai Super Kings seems in jeopardy even next year as the franchise might part ways with him before the 2021 edition.

This triggers many rumors and speculations not only in CSK but among other franchise also. He returned to India UAE. Though he cited personal reasons for opting out reports suggest there was a rift between him and Dhoni. Earlier, it was reported that because of the murder of Raina’s uncle in Pathankot was the cause of his decision. As per some reports, that may not be entirely true. Suresh Raina was unhappy with the hotel room given to him in UAE. He wants the room with balcony like Dhoni. In the bio-secure bubble, no outing will be allowed and players won’t are being allowed to meet their family or friends.


N. Srinivasan of India Cements, who also owns CSK made controversial statement on Suresh Raina. He said some times success gets into head. Everybody confirmed that something was happened after his statement. As per reports, Srinivasan said Raina’s sudden exist left the team in rude shock. Adding to that, two CSK players have tested positive for Covid-19. Dhoni made a call Srinivasan and discussed the situation in CSK. Dhoni was angry the way Suresh Raina exist before starts the IPL tournament. Dhoni assured Srinivasan and gave assurance to him.
