Pfizer is the first vaccine for coronavirus that countries believed for mass roll out to their population. United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Bahrain, Mexico and Saudi Arabia have given their approvals for emergency Pfizer vaccination.

There is no reliable data available to establish the safety or efficacy of the vaccine for these groups.
